To stay in shape all year round, the weight room at the Leysin sports centre guarantees you quality training.
On site, everything is at your disposal for a quality training: strength machines, bicycles, rowing machines and treadmills for cardiotraining. An area with mats is also available for stretching sessions.
To relax after your workout, a Turkish bath is located in the changing rooms and guarantees a good recovery. The facilities are available from morning to night, after work or on your days off, so there's no excuse not to keep fit.
