Giron des musiques

The Leysin brass band La Rose des Alpes invites you to celebrate its 65th Giron des Musiques du District d'Aigle, an exceptional musical event to be held on 14 and 15 June 2025 in the magnificent resort of Leysin. A varied programme, vibrant concerts, solo competitions and a warm atmosphere await you all weekend long. Don't miss this unique event, which brings together musicians, volunteers and visitors in a friendly, festive atmosphere.

At Collège du Suchet

• 12.00 : Soloists' Competition - an intense moment where local talent will compete.

At the Crettex-Jaquet Sports Centre

• 5.00 p.m.: Opening of the food and drink stalls - feast your eyes on local flavours!
• 20:00 - 22:00: Concert by the folk group Oesch's die Dritten, a must for all lovers of traditional music.
• 22:00 - 00:30: Free admission to the Black to Eighties concert, to relive the 80s in music!

Sunday 15 June 2025
Collège du Suchet

• 7.30am: The companies go before the jury - it's going to be an emotional musical competition.

At the Centre Sportif de Crettex-Jaquet

• 11.00: Opening of the stands - an opportunity to discover local products and support the artisans.

• 11.30am: Company procession (competitions) starting from the Place du Marché, followed by the official part and company performances.

• 16:00: Competition results - who will be crowned? Come and find out live!

The brass band is always looking for volunteers to help make this event a success. If you've got a bit of time to spare and would like to enjoy a unique experience at the heart of music, we look forward to seeing you at the giron!
